The Hawaiian Islands

This is the place I have chosen to spend the rest of my life.
Each Island offers a unique experience.
The Big Island known as Hawaii is very much completely volcanic and still erupting since the 80’s.
Kauai is lush green and really a beautiful place.
Maui is the in between Island not too busy and not too quiet.
Oahu is a major city with 80% of Hawaiian’s population.
Lanai has a 3200 population just purchased by billionaire Larry Ellison.
Molokai likes to keep their Island the same way with little development.
There is Island to fit everyone’s choices or see them all.

  1. Aloha Carol,
It depends on what you are looking for Maui is great need reservations in advance.
    Lana’i is a very quiet getaway…
Kauai is beautiful slower pace then Maui.
Big Island has volcanic activity since the 80’s.
Many choices all good depends what experience you want to do.
There are many activities on all Islands kayaking, boating, snorkeling, hiking, biking, just to name a few.

  2. It is a five hour hop from Cali to Oahu, Maui, Kauai, longer to Molokai.
You would need reservations it is small getaway island.
Have you ever been to Hawaiian Islands?

  3. Hey Bo, You sound like you know your way around. where would you suggest me staying ( reasonable prices) on Molokai? Sounds like an interesting trip. I will be in Cali in a few months. Tempted to hop over.
